At Behavior Navigators, our 40-Hour RBT Training Program is designed to meet the current training eligibility requirement for RBT certification. This training is offered independently of the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB®) and does not guarantee RBT certification, employment, or successful completion of the RBT examination.

Our course is developed and delivered by qualified behavior professionals who are committed to providing engaging, ethical, and evidence-based instruction. We strive to prepare learners with the foundational knowledge and skills needed to begin a career in applied behavior analysis while promoting professionalism, integrity, and compassionate service.
