Jennifer is dedicated to empowering educators, parents, and guardians with the knowledge and tools to understand and shape behavior effectively. With over 15 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities and challenging behaviors, she specializes in guiding others through data-driven, research-based interventions that foster positive change in both school and home environments.
Jennifer earned her Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) in 2008 and her Master’s degree in [Applied Behavior Analysis/Education] from Texas A&M University in 2021. She provides real-time coaching to teachers in the classroom and works closely with parents to implement effective behavior strategies at home, ensuring consistency and success across all settings.
Her training methods include hands-on modeling, real-time feedback, video analysis, and structured workshops, all designed to equip others with practical skills in behavior management, data collection, and intervention implementation. By fostering collaboration and confidence, Jennifer helps create environments where individuals with disabilities can thrive.
Outside of her professional work, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her teenage daughter and caring for her cat, Penelope and bird, Shinzo. She also has a passion for organizing and loves mountain bike riding in her free time.

Yvonne is a certified special education teacher with a bachelor’s degree in social psychology and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in behavioral analysis. Once she completes her master’s, she plans to start an EdD in Learning and Organizational Change. Known for her sense of humor, she is the most introverted extrovert you'll meet.
