Clear plans, ethical guidance, and real-world supervision for school-based professionals and beyond! Tailored to your setting and certification goals.
Based in Texas-100% virtual supervision designed for busy school-based professionals nationwide
Working in a school setting is very different from working in a clinic — and your supervision plan should reflect that. Many school-based professionals already engage in meaningful activities that count toward fieldwork hours, including supporting students with challenging behaviors, teaching social skills, writing behavior intervention plans, and managing behavior throughout the day.
My specialty is providing BCBA supervision for individuals working in school-based and HHCC/HCS settings. I bring over 15 years of experience across multiple roles within school environments, along with experience in HHCC/HCS as both a foster care provider and a BCBA.
Supervision can feel confusing or overwhelming without clear guidance. My role is to help you create a plan that fits your setting, aligns with BACB requirements, and allows you to work smarter — not harder — as you accumulate your supervision hours.

The BACB has announced upcoming changes to supervision requirements that will take effect in 2027. These updates place increased emphasis on meaningful supervision activities, quality unrestricted hours, and intentional skill development — particularly for those working in applied, real-world settings such as schools.
My supervision model is already aligned with these expectations. Supervisees receive structured guidance, individualized planning, and ongoing feedback designed to support both current requirements and future standards. This ensures that the supervision you receive today remains relevant, ethical, and defensible as requirements evolve.
During supervision, we will regularly review your fieldwork structure to ensure alignment with BACB expectations and make adjustments as needed to support long-term success.
