We're Hiring a RBT

Behavior Navigators LLC is hiring passionate and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work directly with students in school settings. This role is ideal for professionals confident in managing challenging and aggressive behaviors, and who thrive in collaborative, student-centered environments.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Location: Various school sites (Travel Required)

Work Location: In person

Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 behavior support in school environments
  • Follow and implement behavior intervention plans under the direction of a BCBA
  • Collect and document accurate behavioral data
  • Use proactive and reactive strategies to manage aggressive behavior
  • Collaborate with school staff and clinical supervisors
  • Travel between assigned school sites

Requirements:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • Experience working in schools and with aggressive or challenging behaviors
  • Must have own reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
  • Willing to travel between multiple school locations
  • Full-time availability: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Additional Information:

  • This position includes a 3-month probationary period to evaluate fit and performance
